If I compare American people to Switzerland people, Switzerland people are healthy. It is because they prefer eating at home than eating out side. Eating outside will cost you an arm and a leg. You have to know that family restaurants are same as fast food. In these restaurants, they serve foods like pastas, potatoes, vegetables, meats (veal, pork, chicken and horse), sea foods, cheeses and salads.
